Immediate danger

If you or someone else is in danger right now.

Choose one route. If a number does not connect, try another one or go to the nearest emergency department.

112 is available 24 hours and free in participating areas. 119 and 110 are national routes for their respective services. On-the-ground response still depends on local conditions and availability.

Other national routes

Use the service that best fits what is happening.

On a phone, the numbers below can be tapped directly.

If another person can be there

Contact someone who can be with you in person.

If it is safe to do so, contact a family member, friend, neighbor, coworker, community leader, or someone else you trust who can be there in person.

This website does not read your contacts or contact anyone automatically. Who you contact remains your choice.

Nearest medical help

In an emergency, the facility that can treat you now matters more than the best-known hospital.

Call 119 for urgent medical help, or use the Ministry of Health hospital directory to find a facility near you.

Regional shortcuts

This is a shortcut, not a complete list and not a ranking of the best hospital for any situation. If your city is not listed, use the Ministry of Health directory or call 119.
