What helps us check
For access or payment issues, include the email address you used and, if available, the transaction time, amount, or transaction ID.
You do not need to send the private contents of your conversations with The Companion unless they are directly relevant to the issue.
Human review
Payments, refunds, privacy questions, and cases that require judgment should not be left to an automated system alone. If your message needs review or discretion, a person will handle it.
Communication security
The Companion will never ask you to send or share your password, PIN, 6-digit sign-in code, full card number, banking password, or other secret credentials by email, with support, or in a Companion conversation. A sign-in code is entered only on The Companion’s official sign-in screen.
If someone asks for credentials or sends you a payment link claiming to be The Companion, but it does not match the information on satulangkahsatuwaktu.com, stop and contact us here before doing anything else.
Legal entity
The Companion was created and is operated by PT Satu Langkah Satu Waktu, a legal entity established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and domiciled in Denpasar, Bali.
