Access options
IDR 59,000 if you want access to remain available for 30 days. IDR 19,000 if you want another 7 days to get to know The Companion.
Starting at no charge
You can begin without entering payment card details. The introductory period starts only after The Companion gives its first successful response to something you share. Creating an account or agreeing to enter does not start the clock.
The introduction ends when the first of these limits is reached: 168 hours, 30 successful responses, or an operational model-processing cost threshold. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
If you want to continue
If you want to continue, choose 30 days or 7 days. The Companion itself does not change. You are only choosing how long access remains available.
Paid access is intended for reasonable personal use. It is not a promise of unlimited use. Automated, bulk, or abusive use may be limited so the service can keep operating.
No automatic renewal
You pay for one access period. When it ends, access ends. The Companion may remind you that the period is almost over, but a reminder is not permission to charge you.
Continuing always requires a new choice and a new payment from you. If you stop using The Companion before a paid period ends, access remains available until that period expires. There is no penalty for choosing not to continue.
How payment works
Payments are processed through an approved payment provider. Available methods and the final amount are shown before you complete payment. Access begins once payment is confirmed, and your account shows the start and end dates of the period you bought.
Never send a full card number, PIN, one-time password, or banking password in a conversation. The Companion will not ask for them there. If your balance has been debited but access has not appeared or the transaction is unclear, do not pay again before the first transaction is checked.
If a transaction goes wrong
If a payment is declined or fails, access is not activated from that transaction.
If two payments can be verified for the same access period and they were not separate purchases, the duplicate transaction can be reviewed for a refund.
If you see a transaction you do not recognize, use the official Contact channel so it can be checked. Never send a PIN, one-time password, or banking password for that review.
Refunds
A refund can be considered for a duplicate charge, a payment that succeeded but access could not be provided because of an unrecoverable system error, a verifiable transaction error, or when applicable law requires a refund.
Once paid access is active and the service is available as intended, a payment is generally not refunded simply because you change your mind or stop using the service before the period ends.
If a real situation is not clearly covered above, a person will review the transaction and what happened before a decision is made.
Transaction records and conversations serve different purposes
After a successful payment, confirmation is provided through the payment system and/or your The Companion account. It should show at least the amount paid, the access purchased, the transaction time, and the access period.
If a transaction needs to be investigated, we may need the transaction ID, time, amount, and the account linked to it. The content of your private conversations is not needed to determine whether a payment succeeded.
The payment system needs transaction information. Conversations need a different space. The Companion keeps those functions separate as far as technically and operationally possible.
If the price changes
Prices may change as operating costs and the service change. If that happens, the new price is shown before you choose another access period. A period you have already paid for does not change midway through.
If the service cannot be provided
If The Companion permanently discontinues the service, or cannot provide most of a paid period because of a decision or failure on our side, a reasonable resolution will be considered for the part that was not provided, including a refund where appropriate.
If something is unclear
For duplicate payments, access that has not activated, an unrecognized transaction, or another situation that is not clearly covered here, use the official Contact channel. A person can look at the transaction.
